Welcome to Bling It Up. By using our services or purchasing or renting jewellery from our store, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before placing an order or confirming a rental.
1. General Policy
All jewellery items offered by Bling It Up, whether purchased or rented, are carefully inspected before delivery.
Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once the item has been sold or rented.
Customers are responsible for verifying product details and order information before completing payment. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.
Exceptions may apply in cases where the customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, as outlined in the refund policy below.
2. Rental Policy
To confirm a jewellery rental, 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery or pickup.
Customers are responsible for the jewellery during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or missing components may result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
Jewellery must be returned within the agreed rental period. A late return fee of ₹1000 per 24 hours will apply for delays beyond the scheduled return time.
If delivery is requested outside the store location, courier or delivery charges may apply and must be paid by the customer.
Customers are advised to inspect the jewellery carefully before accepting it. Once accepted, the product condition will be considered approved.
Note: Jewellery rentals are currently confirmed through phone or video call with our store team. Online rental booking is not yet available.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural events or courier service issues.
Delivery outside the local area may involve additional courier charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered in cases where the customer receives:
• a damaged product
• an incorrect item
To process such requests, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning without interruption.
Claims submitted without proper unboxing evidence may not be eligible for refund verification.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Damage caused after delivery or improper handling by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
All refund decisions will be reviewed and approved by the Bling It Up support team based on the evidence provided.
5. Product Care and Liability
Customers must handle jewellery carefully during the rental period.
Any damage, scratches, missing stones, or loss of components during the rental period may result in repair or replacement charges.
Customers should inspect jewellery immediately upon pickup or delivery and report any issues promptly.
