Welcome to Bling It Up. By using our services or making a purchase or rental through our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Policy
- All jewellery products—whether purchased or rented—are final. Goods once sold or rented cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers must double-check product selection and order details before completing payment.
Refunds will not be provided for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
2. Rental Policy
- To confirm a jewellery rental, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining 50% is due at the time of delivery or pickup.
- The customer is responsible for the condition of the jewellery during the rental period. Any damage or loss will incur additional charges.
- A late return fee of ₹1000 per 24 hours will be charged for delays beyond the agreed rental return time.
- Courier charges apply if delivery is requested outside our store and must be paid by the customer in advance or on confirmation.
- Customers are advised to inspect the jewellery thoroughly before renting. Once accepted, the condition is considered approved.
- Note: Jewellery rental is currently available only via phone or video call with our store executives. Online booking is not yet available.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to deliver all orders on time, but shipping may be delayed due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such events.
- Delivery beyond the local area is subject to additional courier charges.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only granted for valid reasons such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
- To request a refund, customers must provide a clear unboxing video that shows the package being opened from the beginning without cuts.
Claims made without unboxing video proof will not be accepted. - Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

No refunds will be processed after 7 days.
- Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
- All refund decisions will be made by the Bling It Up team based on submitted proof and internal verification.
5. Product Care and Liability
- Customers are expected to handle all jewellery with care.
Any scratches, damage, or missing stones during the rental period will be charged. - Customers should inspect the product at pickup/delivery and report issues immediately.
